Offerings consist of physical, remote or just your regular email guidance on how to perform certain tasks in Spotfire or how to best configure your environment. Most of our customers still rely upon our dedicated professional assistance, even when projects have been finalised and successfully delivered. We are committed to our customers base prior and after full project releases.
Our support activities are offered in several flavours
- Ad hoc questions received by phone or email
- Call-off contractual agreements
- Predefined maintenance agreement for a variation of support: on site or remote, including light development efforts
Custom Support Offerings
Relates to custom-developed solutions for our customers based on requirements that cannot be met within the functionality of the current version. Our strong and dedicated in-house development team will custom code and integrate viable requirements not met by the tool or application.
